WHAT IS THE TIME TO DO THE CHECK IN-CHECK OUT?
You can check-in from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 11:00 a.m.
HOW DO I REQUEST AN EARLY ARRIVAL CHECK-OUT OR A LATE CHECK-OUT?
You can tell us your special requests such as arrival or departure time at the time of making your reservation. We will inform you of availability, as well as offer you the free luggage storage service, in case it is not possible to check into your room or apartment early.
ARE SPECIAL SERVICES OFFERED FOR MY LUGGAGE?
We offer a left luggage service so you can leave your luggage safely. Both upon arrival, until we give you the room or after your departure, at no cost.
UP TO WHAT AGE DO CHILDREN STAY FREE OF CHARGE?
Babies up to two years old are offered free accommodation, even when sharing a room with their parents.
FROM WHAT AGE CAN CHILDREN ENTER THE SPA?
Children can enter the spa from 0 years old. There is a paddling pool for the little ones. The use of the sauna and Turkish bath is not recommended for minors.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The family schedule is from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Prior reservation at reception.
ARE BABY CRIBS OFFERED IN THE ROOMS/APARTMENTS? HOW CAN I REQUEST IT?
We have cribs, high chairs and bathtubs for babies in our establishment. Always upon request and with additional charges.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
If you have made the reservation directly through our website or by telephone, everything will be easier, more comfortable and flexible. For any modification or cancellation you can contact us through the contact form on our website, calling us at + 34 973 62 67 89 or writing us an email to info@hoteltrainera.com, indicating: the date of entry, the locator number and the name and telephone number, and we will contact you within 24 hours.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL A RATE WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT?
Reservations made with prepaid rates are non-refundable and do not allow any modification or cancellation.

DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A RESTAURANT SERVICE?
Our hotel has a restaurant and cafeteria where you will find a wide gastronomic offer in a unique environment.
They have a buffet breakfast and à la carte dinner with prior reservation at reception.
Lunch service is provided exclusively by prior reservation, with 48 hours' notice, and a minimum of 10 people.
DOES THE RESTAURANT SERVICE INCLUDE OPTIONS FOR CELIAC, VEGANS, AND VEGETARIANS? HOW SHOULD I REQUEST IT?
We have options for gluten-free, lactose-free diets, special dishes for vegetarians and vegans. You have to ask for it at reception or at the restaurant itself.
IS ROOM SERVICE OFFERED?
We have room service for breakfast and dinner, it can be requested at the reception.
WHAT FACILITIES AND SERVICES ARE INCLUDED FOR FREE IN THE RATE?
- We have a spa service 1 hour a day, with prior reservation at reception.

- Games room and sandbox for the little ones in the family.
- We have heated lockers in the ski locker to dry your boots.
HOW CAN I BUY OR GIFT A GIFT CARD?
You can purchase the Gift Card in this same section of our website by clicking on "Buy a Gift Card for me" or "Give a Gift Card".
Each Gift Card is personal and non-transferable and can only be used for a reservation made in the same name as the person who purchased it or the person to whom it was gifted during the purchase.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL A GIFT CARD?
Unfortunately, Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-cancelable. They are intended only for reservations on the Hotel Trainera website, valid for one year from the date of purchase. No refunds will be made.
